We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed;
2 Corinthians 4:8-9 (ESV)
I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress,my God, in whom I trust.”
Psalm 91:2 (ESV)
In times of chaos, whether that be from a hurricane or the struggles of every day life, we believe that we have the ability to lean on our Savior!
Right now, our town may seem like it's crushed and we may be perplexed on how or why this would happen. However, we believe that with the help of God, we do not have to be driven to despair!
We can know, and trust, that God is our refuge and our strength!
